After a very bad broadband couple of weeks in good old Kimmeridge, the joys of living in the country it’s a very big sorry again to our regular readers, for the lack of blogs, still here is a short report of a truly brilliant show. The Purbeck Rally took place on the 10th 11th and 12th of August and what a show it was. It was the 40th Rally which started life in a field in a small village called Church Knowle it’s the next village along to our village. It soon out grew this field and moved to a site in Ridge near Wareham and then to its home now at the site in Wareham. The show this year had a great mix of vintage vehicles from tractors, cars, lorries and live steam engines. In the evening the entertainment was just stunning. A chap called Simon Chainey who is the most brilliant fire stick entertainer, well they say a picture is a thousand words so here are a few.

Well what can you say but truly brilliant.

This guy even skips with fire!!!

More on the show in later blogs broadband permitting.

This weekend part of the team will be at the Purbeck Rally in Wareham Dorset. This is truly a brilliant show with something for the whole family. Classic cars, tractors, steam engines large and small, military vehicles craft stalls and trade stands. The show dates are Friday 10th August, Saturday 11th August and Sunday 12th August. Gates open early so come on down and enjoy an excellent country show. Pop along and say hello to the crew take a look around one of our Landrovers and the response quad. A big big thank you to Donna, Richard, Keith and all the rest of the guys and girls of the Purbeck Rally team for your support of KERV. Pictures of the weekend will follow in later blogs.

The Landrover 109 looking very shiny, sometimes I think we have shares in a polish company.

A bonnet to eat your dinner off, just no scratching the paint work.
